We bought the Light Assist two years ago to make it easier to go out with our son Mathieu, who’s now 30. As he’s grown, pushing his wheelchair on long walks became harder, especially along the seaside paths we love. The Light Assist changed that completely. It’s easy to attach, smooth to control and takes the strain off our arms. We can walk for hours again without worrying about fatigue. It’s given us back the freedom to enjoy simple things together like going out for fresh air whenever we want.
Since we have had Light Assist, we have been enjoying taking walks together and going out with friends. It has become a must since my husband has had the hip surgery. The only thing I wish is that it could fit different wheelchairs with a bit more space between the wheels but overall, it’s been a great help and we’re very happy with it.
